Information on transparency obligations (Law 124/2017)
Law 124 of 4 August 2017 establishes transparency obligations regarding ‘contributions, grants and economic benefits of any kind’ provided to associations and businesses by public administrations and other relevant public entities. Specifically, it requires the publication of a complete and detailed list of all public aid and contributions received in the course of business activities during the preceding year, on the entity’s own corporate website by 30 June of each year.
